One of the wildest videos that I’ve seen in a long time. LOL
I’ve run into my share of rats and snakes working construction. I got sprayed by a skunk one time clearing brush. But a full grown bear? OMG
The workmen had no way of knowing they were digging into a den. Bear was obviously very frightened but unhurt.
I think he left some bear crap behind in that hole. 
Poor bear; at least he wasn’t hurt.
Late November is when they are supposed to be hibernating, right?
It just lost a ton of calories and no longer has a remote and secure den.
I suspect there will be a new, scruffy bear rug available by February.
The incident is listed at [url=**]Know Your Meme;** the front page text for it said “In this stunning video shot in a small rural town in Bolu, Turkey, a group of local villagers enlist help of a backhoe to rescue a grizzly bear that had fallen into a pit at a chicken farm.” That explanation makes more sense; the jackhammer is hammering through a preexisting concrete wall, and if they were inadvertently busting into a bear’s den, I would have expected the bear to beat a hasty retreat through the den’s main entrance. This bear had no other way out of there, which fits with the idea of this being a rescue operation.
The comments under the video at KYM are hilarious.
It would be interesting to know what the men are saying.
Anyway, even misidentified it’s still a cool video. Seeing that angry bear’s head pop through the hole is amazing.
Feel sorry for the bear, but yeah, that’s weird
