I have been experimenting with all sorts of fitness classes in the past 2-7 months:
Yoga: Yin, Hatha, FLow, Hot,
Fitness Classes: Spin(core), Boot Camps, Kettlebell,
I really like Yoga of all kinds and the Boot Camps…so this is what my schedule has mostly turned into:
Monday: Open
Tuesday: Boot Camp
Wednesday: Open
Thursday: Open
Friday: Spin(core) and Yin
Saturday: Boot Camp…sometimes a flow class.
Sunday: Boot Camp and Yin
My fitness goals are to achieve a moderate amount of muscle tone (not get big). I don’t know what it takes to get six pack and get rid of love handles…but I’d like to do that eventually. I am currently fit in the generic doctor’s term (in my weight category…170 pounds at 5"9)
For the open days I try to do 30 minutes of kettlebell at home. How does the above plan sound for my goals?
