Sampiro - I think the choice of music depends on what type of workout you are doing.
For example, when I was lifting weights, I needed Metal or Rap. The gym I was in played REO Speedwagon, and Bread, and Air Supply (Buzzkill).
If I am running, then any non-emo tunes will do.
My vote is for Metal (Ozzy, Black Sabbath, GNR, Judas Priest) or Rap (Public Enemy, NWA, Ice T).
The entire Freeze Frame album by J. Geils Band works for me.
