Workplace structure

There are currently 27 states said to have the ability to hire and fire at free will (having no real obligation to consider skill or experience when hiring nor one’s performance when firing)… Meaning I could hire someone and if I don’t like them I can fire them. Mostly (from personal experience) people do not do this frequently or obsessively, but if indeed the United States stands in such great (and increasing) debt would it not be beneficial to implement laws restricting an employee from making these decisions void of sound mind? Regardless the fact most debt is said to belong to the government body itself could our taxes not help this dilemma some if the country were to agree to a togetherness mandate (creating a patriotic act; lasting for a period of a few years, and contributing to our repayment) allowing some sort of aid in paying off the debt. You hear so much about the support of our troops, but really do we show this when (simply put) money is all that stands between certain countries and their relationships.

Take a breath, please. Your run on sentences make it difficult to parse your thoughts. I’m still trying to figure out right to work laws and reducing the national debt should be in the same thought.

Are you posting from Colorado, Oregon or Washington, by chance?

No. The two issues are not related.

I don’t understand anything else you said, but it’s 49 states where employment at will is the default, not 27.
