World's DUMBEST Dog!

Partially my fault as well. I was unclear. Apology happily accepted.

FYI, this is the comment I was referring to.

Well, technically I didn’t say anything about Tuckerfan himself. I said that knowing that he thought that way (that it was a funny picture) was disgusting, etc. But I stand by my belief that, in general, persons who derive humor from the suffering of animals are sick weirdos, to put it kindly. I also hope that Tuckerfan was, as I said, tired and not thinking straight, since to my recollection he is not one of the animal-haters on the board.

My first thought when I saw that on another board was “OMG Poor doggie”.

My second thought was “There’s a nekkid porcupine out there somewhere.”

I wonder about that. Certain dog breeds (like Pit Bulls but maybe also Bull Terriers?) can be awfully tolerant of pain. To the point (like this one) where they can tolerate immense physical injury without real concern.

I’m certainly not an animal hater (Og knows I wouldn’t have a cat if I was), and I wouldn’t want that to happen to any animal, but it’s the sheer number of quills in that poor dog that gets to me. I just can’t imagine that it could get so many at one time. I know porkys can shed lots of quills, but I find it hard to believe that the dog could get so many after one lunge at the porky. Hopefully, the dog never makes the same mistake again.

Bull Terriers have a very high prey drive.

I winced when I saw this for several reasons: the dog and the owner and the vet bill.

A trifecta of pure pain on every level.

Hey Tuckerfan, that was freaking hilarious.

Check out this link. This guy is fucking insane.

MY OG!

The OP is horrible!

Tuck! How could you think that’s funny?!?

You offenderati do realise that the creature in the linked photo is a fully grown dog, and not a baby, right?

Weird, weird, weird. That poor dog, how did it decide to keep attacking the Porcupine? Surely it didn’t get that many quills from a single attack? That must hve been painful for the dog.
Still the idea of a nude and confused Porcupine wandering arround is kind of funny, but what happened to the dog is sad.

disappointing - i was expecting it to turn around and maul the shit out of him. that would have been funny.

But dogs are babies too!

Yeah, and you realize that the thick red gunk hanging off her face is gore, right?

That one little dribble? I work in a hospital, you’ll have to do better than that!

Yeah, that would have been good. I was just amazed at the balls it must take to kick a wild boar in the ass.

Ok, you’ve probably all seen this one , but it cracks me up everytime I watch it.

You’re a tougher man than I.

It’s one of those things that isn’t funny at the time, but once everyone is ok and good- then you can laugh about it. “Dude, remember the time your dumb ass dog got in a fight with a pocupine! AND KEPT GOING BACK!”

I agree the pictures are horrible, but I’m sure the owner and his friends havea a good laugh about it (not in a cruel way) every once in a while.

My dogs have done plenty of dumb things, but they ended up fine and now we can laugh about it.

That said, I did also think, “Wow, there is a poor, naked porkie somewhere.”

Done.

Heh. Glad it’s okay, and all, but… damn, that’s got to be one dumb dog.

It reminds me of the day our indoor cat, Jane, met our outdoor cat, Pretty Black Girl, when the basement door was left cracked open. Since then, Jane has not been so curious about what’s downstairs.
