the pilot ep of tng was Terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible, but I dont remember any of the ones you guys are posting for comparison so there ya go.
The series finale of Star Trek: Enterprise, These Are the Voyages…, certainly qualifies. It sure as Hell was the worst episode of ENT.

Sokath, his eyes uncovered! Mars and Rick on the ocean.
Rick, with his lips smiling.
Moe, when the pants fell.
Dammit*!* I did a CTRL+F search for ‘eden’ before replying, I should have done ‘hippie’.
Watching Trek as a kid in the 70s I enjoyed both Omega Glory and Alternative Factor. Omega Glory does have a ludicrous ending (our flag & Constitution?!?) and is just a red scare, anti-commie bit of nonsense, but that went completely over my head back then. And back then I enjoyed the extreme techno-babble of AF, although even as a (smart) kid the whole Kirk in the antimatter universe and not exploding made no sense.
Now that I think of it Catspaw was at least as bad as Eden. In fact the only thing I can remember about it was the really cool practical-effect puppet aliens they turn into at the end.
With that really cool baby-alligator “cluck cluck” noise they made! That was spiffing!
And, as much as I detest Omega Glory, it does have one of the more quotable lines from all of Star Trek: “Freedom? That is a worship word. Yang worship. You will not speak it.” Take away the stupid Yank/Commie setting, and that’s a darn nice line. It also lends itself readily to parody.
“Say, can I borrow a few dollars?”
“Dollars? That is a worship word!” etc.
You are literally the first person I’ve heard of who said they didn’t like that episode. At least, that I remember. It’s part 3 of Best of Both Worlds.
If it was hated in the past, people sure seem to have warmed up to it now, with people talking about how it would have been ruined if it had an actual science fiction plot.
While not the worst it was embarrassing when Star Trek Enterprise descended to blatant fan service with the sexy female Vulcan to keep the ratings up.
Let That Be Your Last Battlefield with the ponderously hammering message about racism. And Turnabout Intruder with its premise that in the Federation future women would of course not be allowed to be starship captains.
It wasn’t intended as part 3. I think it was supposed to b e well spaced away, but it really works together.
For the record, it’s one of my favorites, even with the weird accents in the family.
The one wherein intruders are moving around the ship so fast that they can’t be seen. Stoopid.
That one is a classic. It’s one of the few that actually proves Kirk would shag anything that looked remotely female.
Which was the DS9 episode with the Brigadoon planet?
I do not remember the titles, but the Next Generation show I call “Morons in Space” (you have to know it simply from that title) and the “Hillbillies in Space”, where they are transporting a ‘somewhat primitive’ colony home), and quite unwatchable , at least to me.
You’d have to be more considerably more specific.

Well, you have to dismiss the main cast! That does help narrow it down. ![]()
Samaritan Snare, with the Pakleds. (Don’t shoot them in the head! Go for something vital!)
Space ninja’d!
I love that episode. That’s the one where Riker fucks that sharp tonged Irish girl with in like ten minutes of meeting her. And the drunken old fatherly type was hilarious in his scene with Worf.
1- The Trouble w/Tribbles. (TOS)
2-Can’t recall the name… again, original series… the schtick is an exact duplicate of Kirk (the ‘evil’ as opposed to the original ‘good’ captain) is created. It’s a horrible episode.
Which is worse?? Either blowz.
