Serious answer: Nazis are worse, because they were organized. They were widespread, they were systematic, they got non-psychotics to help them in their business of slaughter. It’s not just that the Nazis killed millions while serial killers don’t; it’s that serial killers couldn’t match the body count of the Nazis if they tried.
