Usually, when someone talks about “bad reviews” they mean “the reviewer savaged the work they were reviewing”; that is, it was a review of unstated quality of a work the reviewer thought was bad. That’s not what I’m talking about here. I’m talking about reviews that were so incompetent, so off-the-mark, so badly-written, so… low-quality that they stood out from the pack in a bad way.
In short, let’s review a few reviewers!
To keep this fair, let’s focus more on professional reviews. I don’t care about someone pounding keys in response to a textbox at Amazon unless it’s really, transcendentally bad.
