I like the ones that direly warn me that an account I don’t even have is being locked and that, unless I send them every private piece of information I have, it will remain locked.
I once went to some greasy spoon in England where virtually everything on the menu contained spam.

I sometimes have fun with political emails I get.
Once you donate to any candidate, your info gets passed on to similar candidates, so you get a lot more donation requests.
The current trend is to appear ‘friendly’ by using first names and an informal tone. Like it’s from “John” and talks about meeting with ‘my committee’ and fundraising by ‘my opponent’. But sometimes I get a bit lost – I scan through the email, and I can’t figure out who this candidate is or where they are running. Kinda funny when you can’t figure out that basic info!
[And they must copy each other – I got so many emails titled as a “hard email to write” (because contributions weren’t coming in as they wanted). Sometimes 2 or 3 of them from different candidates on the same day.]
Got a spam in my work email the other day.
No, I didn’t swap out my name for “first name”; that’s how it came. Which is really stupid, when the actual text of the email started out “Hi Winston,”
Man, if your spamware is that shitty, how do you expect to actually hook a phish?

Anything involving singing Vikings is epic. Must recommend. Or at least I would’ve. 
But the Lobster Thermidor a Crevette with a mornay sauce served in a Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam is pretty good.
Can I get baked beans with that?
