Would snorting/sniffing oxytocin have any effect on men/women?

Having read about the effects of the hormone oxytocin on women, I was curious about its effects, if any, on men. While I was researching on the Internet, I came across a couple of sites hawking overpriced liquid versions of oxtyocin. One site claims that all you have to do is spritz on this stuff, and people will magically bond with you.

Sounds like a bunch of bs to me, but it got me wondering: if oxytocin is released in women when breastfeeding and in both genders during sex, it seems the body releases it as a result of tactile sensations. But does it have to be released by the body? After all, both men and women take certain hormones orally, and that route seems to work. And if the oral route works, what about snorting hormones (One site sells a nasal spray.) or just sniffing them? If there really were a form that was concentrated enough, might it not potentially have an effect, if only a limited one?

Here’s the site that claims you just spritz on this stuff and it magically makes people follow you like the Pied Piper: http://www.verolabs.com/who.asp
