Would the USA arrest a prime minister for tax evasion?

Jack Warner(think Mayor Quimby from The Simpsons only real) is often deputy prime minister of Trinidad&Tobago, supposedly he( a very wealthy dude) financed the campaign of the actual prime minister Kamla Persad, so in addition to being minister of national security he is also often deputy prime minister.

Rumor was he was wanted in the USA for a white collar crime so he didn’t do much traveling lately, then a few weeks ago his sons were supposedly arrested in the USA for something. Only a few days ago a local media channel actually tracked them down in Miami and did an interview:

Or a text news story:

The scuttlebutt is that Jack Warner is wanted on either tax evasion or money laundering charges.

I wonder if the USA would actually arrest him if he traveled there?

Depends. If he comes within the pretext of an official state visit, he cannot be arrested - although the U.S. can deny him entry. If he visits as a private citizen, then he probably can.
