Well, would you do this? Singles, does it give you hope?
Speaking for myself, hell, I’d even slap on the frames if only there were some way to hide them from my friends.
It isn’t a bad idea. I’d be tempted by it in my single days. The embarrassment of having this plate on your car would be pretty bad though. I do wonder what kind of people take them up on this.
It’s not just for getting hit on. It’s also to get some constructive criticism from other drivers. I thought about doing it just to see what kind of things people would write. I think it’d be very amusing. I wonder if people would say that they liked my car, or if they would call me a driving asshole, or if they’d say I was cute or something.
I also like the idea about putting them on employee/children’s cars. Good way to monitor someone’s driving… especially since people can leave anonymous comments. I don’t think anyone would bother unless the driver was being a jerk.
I wonder how many folks are going to see those “Platematch” licence plate frames and think it must be something to do with blood/bone marrow donation?
That would make for some awfully bad single-person drivers . . . looking at people’s license plates instead of the road and such.
