A) They say that your first thought/impression/answer is usually the right one and, in this particular instance, I couldn’t agree more! LOL

B) Our definition of “perfectly good” is definitely not the same. :flushed:

First time I saw this was in the mid 60s. Several houses on the block where Hubert Humphrey lived were TPed. It was just some small trees and bushes in the yards, not the houses. It wasn’t something new, people told me it was a common prank. It’s fairly harmless if there’s no pandemic related shortage of TP. It’s biodegradable so rain will take care of any remaining so there’s no need to risk anything climbing trees or rooves to get rid of it.
