The Boston-Seattle game just entered the 19th inning. Pretty exciting and I am just watching it via ESPN’s gamecast.
Another 45 minutes and they run into the AL curfew. Anyone know when was the last time a game was curfewed?
I think it was in Little League when Ma ran out into the backyard andd yelled “Dinner’s ready! Git yer sorry ass inside and git some eatin!”
And I said, “Aww, Maw!”
And, well, you know how the rest of it goes.
God DAMN, and it’s a Boston game too. I knew I shoulda looked at the standings this morning. BoSox probably lost anyway.
So what happened? Did they get curfewed or did someone win?
Mike Cameron led off (?) the bottom of the 19th with a game-winning HR.
Now those bums are behind Oakland. I dunno why I follow the BoSox like I do… they’re always breakin’ my heart. sigh
