I very rarely do fast food, but yesterday I had no choice but to pick up dinner from one, and Arby’s seemed like the least offensive choice. Anyway, I got the jalapeño poppers, and I was surprised to find a tub of Bronco Berry Sauce in the bag. O my Og, this stuff is magnificent! It’s sugar, peppers, vinegar and bright red food coloring and wonderfully tasty! I found the recipe here, and I can’t wait to try it with pork chops!
I wonder if I could get the window jockey at Arby’s to toss an extra container in the bag…

I’ve always liked this sauce too (and being in Denver always wondered whether it was “Bronco Berry” in other places).
I wanted to give a hearty thank you for the recipe link, I never even thought to look. And I’ve got ideas bouncing around my head already for dinner (maybe a roast glaze…)
Frankly, I don’t want to think about what a “bronco berry” might be. I don’t eat anybody’s berries, and I don’t want them eating mine! :eek:
