Can’t they find another spot for (yet another) CVS, Dominick’s and Best Buy? Is it really necessary to force ImprovOlympic out of the neighborhood, along with Goose Island and several locally owned eateries?

And I’m so disappointed about the loss of theater space. The place where Comedy Sportz used to play was demolished a couple of years ago, and it’s still a pile of rubble. It was a great space with a storied history and now it’s gone. IO’s space is also full of memories.
