Writing Mac-compatible files with Nero 6

I’ve been through Google Groups and www.videohelp.com for the past half hour, and I can’t for the life of me find how to write a CD or DVD data disc with Nero 6 that will play on a Mac. I have a Windows machine, so I it turns out I sent my brother to Iraq with video files he can’t play on his iBook.

Does anyone know where the flippin’ check box or whatever is for this?

Macs can read standard ISO9660 disks, with or without the Joliet naming convention introduced in Windows95. You’ll be hard pressed to burn a disc on a windows machine that a Mac can’t read.

More likely, the culprit is using a video codec that you brother doesn’t have installed.
