Why would you need a BBC news crew for your conspiracy anyway? Why would the evil overlords need to tell a reporter to go on the air with news that WTC 7 collapsed? Even if there was someone collapsing the building wouldn’t they just do it and let the hundreds of reporters and thousands of cameras report on it as it happened? Did they think no one would notice the building coming down?

Its really scary that you can’t always tell the difference between someone just having a little fun on a board, pretending, and the real hard-core conspiracy believer.
Try reading the Loose Change boards. Every post makes me wonder if it is all just a big joke, cause I just don’t know how those people can think and believe the way they do.
Many of them have a new hero other than Alex Jones - Judy Wood. Her theory (no joke, here) is the government used some kind of beam weapon from outer space to bring down the towers! Oh, yeah, perfectly logical…
The explanation is even simpler. The BBC reporter was in London which is five hours ahead of NY. Clearly if it was 4:57 Eastern Standard time it was 9:57 London time. WTC 7 had been down for 4-1/2 hours or so. They just put the wrong footage up. 
I worked in Downtown Manhattan for several years prior to 2001, including two years at in 1 World Trade Center. In September 2001, I was working in a firm about five blocks from the Trade Center site, though on the day of the attacks I hadn’t left for work before I heard what happened and didn’t try to go in.
During the day of September 11, I was avidly switching between several channels of New York TV news. There was a massive amount of fragmentary and confused information coming from reporters Downtown, elsewhere in the City, and indeed all around the world.
One of the things that there were multiple contradictory reports about was the fate of 7 World Trade Center. One minute in one report it was up, the next in another it was down. With the smoke and the dust, it was difficult for any of the remote cameras to show a clear picture, and there was no clear source for on-the-scene information.
One of the best comments someone made about the alternately standing and collapased building was that “it was doing pushups.”
But those are the words of Chico Marx. Another sign that you’re just part of the conspiracy!
