I had a nice toolbar…I loved it…it ran along the bottom of the screen. Then something went wrong, and it was on the right hand side of the screen, running vertical it was…as opposed to the nice little thing it had been, running horizontal along the bottom of my screen. I wish it would go back to normal. Can I fix it?
Windows 2000 or XP? The simplest solution may just be: Click on ‘empty space’ in the toolbar, drag it to where you want it, release.
Wow, that worked, I thought it was all complex. Thanks a zillion.
I’m one of those folks who can handle his way in a UNIX interface and do chmod hexidecimal crap, but can’t seem to get a Win2000 thing to function right. Darned object-oriented programming Anyways, thanks, I guess such a simple solution eluded me. That must explain how it happened w/o my really knowing how I did it.
In the future you can click on START, then H, then input ‘taskbar’ in the search box & you should have instructions to do anything you want with it.
It’s amazing that Brutus could figure it out without even knowing what kind of computer or operating system you have. We should appoint him our resident mind reader.
There is a good reason why “Object-Oriented Programming Systems” is acronymmed OOPS!!
