X is the something-est number

As the song says “One is the loneliest number that you’ll ever do.”

Although I think a case could be made for zero being even more lonely a number. Zero is certainly the roundest number, in one sense.

So… make your case for X being the something-est number - where X is a number of your choice, and you explain the ‘something’.

I’ll start with 9. I think 9 could be the squarest number. Sure, there are any number of squares, and 9 is not the first, but as a square, 4 only has corners - 9 has edges and a middle (If visualised as a square of 9 points) - 16 doesn’t - and although 25 does, it doesn’t do it any more stylishly and simply than 9.

(subjectivity is fine, as long as you can explain it)

So - what are the sharpest, smoothest, greenest, hottest, fastest, or anthing-else-est numbers, and why?

Pi is the roundest number. (When I’m asked for a round number, that’s the one I give.)

10 is the basest number (and that’s not just in base ten).

4 is the greenest number - I’m not sure why it seems so “green” to me, but it could be that shamrocks are green and have 4 leaves. 5, on the other hand, is hot pink, and is the warmest number.

10 is the most stable number, because it’s our base.

ETA: Ninja’d on the last one!

8 is the craziest number.

Shamrocks only have 3 leaves. They are not the same as 4 leafed clovers.
I always think of 7 as the sharpest number.

7 is the hungriest number.

99 is the Gretzkyist number.

16 is the sweetest number

1 is the loneliest number.

0.999… is the most crowded.

34 is the Sweetness number.

69 is the sexiest number.

666 is a beast of a number.

6 is the smallest perfect number.

9 is the most filling number.

666 and 13 are the most unpopular numbers. I assume 666 is worse from a cultural perspective.

237 is the least desirable room number

0 is the fattest number. It should go on a diet. Lazy zero, sitting around doing nothing and insisting its size is due to ‘genetics’

24 is the highest number.

X is the most misplaced number. They always told us to find X on tests and quizzes.

77 is the most oral number.
