If you look at the mouseover text, he says that it’s an attempt (failed) to come up with a name stupider than “Renesmee.” Which is the name of one of the characters in the Twilight novels, I believe.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this is Randall’s oblique way of announcing that he’s having a child.
His fiancee is being treated for a very serious form of breast cancer, so I don’t know if that’s likely.

- Ponzi: a word that’s gotten pretty vilified lately what with internet scammers and guys like Bernie Madoff in the news.
- Eeemily: a common name purposely misspelled, which will cause no end of frustration in Eeemily’s life. Also may be a reference to the Asus EeePC.
- Fire Fire: Just wait until Fire Fire’s friends or family see her across a crowded airport or movie theater and call out her name. Though I think Fire would have been simpler.
- Chipotla: Like people don’t have enough trouble pronouncing Chipotle right now.
- Astamouthe: Not sure about this one.
- Eggsperm: Self-explanatory as a bad name.
- [sound of a record scratch]: Good luck writing it down.
- Parsley: I dunno why this one’s that bad, other than it just being a bad name.
- Hot’n’Juicy Ann: “Please pay attention to the blackboard, Hot’n’Juicy Ann!”
- Ovari: About as bad as Eggsperm. A little more poetic though.
- Friendly: “I’m Jenny, and she’s Friendly.” “I’ll say.
” - Sean: Not only is it typically a boy’s name, but it’s also not the standard pronunciation. That’ll cause even more frustration and confusion than Eeemily.
- Joyst: Not sure about this one either.
It sounds like “ass-to-mouth”. You may wish to refrain from Googling that phrase.

I don’t know; “Friendly” isn’t that bad. There’s a long tradition of naming girls after virtues: Hope, Faith, Charity, Constance, Joy, etc. OK, “Friendly” is an adjective form rather than a noun, but it’s still not too far out.
