Yahoo mail, I Grrrr you!

I’ve been apartment hunting the past few months and found one in an ad that really seemed promising.

So I sent out an email telling the owner that I was interested and wanted to check it out.

I waited and waited with no response and eventually signed on another place.

Just this morning I checked my Yahoo email and decided to look at the 3 spam emails in my spam folder, only 1 wasn’t spam. Yep, Yahoo figured that a response to an email** I sent through my account** was spam.

No biggy seeing as the email was lacking all capitals. It was probably a weird email for him too, in that it didn’t have any ‘bro’ in it.

WTF, Yahoo? If I send an email from your service, don’t think it’s spam when the response comes.

I use the calendar function a lot. About half of the reminders I sent TO my yahoo account from that SAME yahoo account through the calendar end up in the spam folder.

WTF?

Every single week my Netflix emails end up in spam. Every single week it’s from the same address and I click “not spam.” It does not get better.

That makes no sense. In fact, I just checked my spam folder again and my recent Amazon.com receipt is in there!? Umm, Yahoo? I’ve been getting correspondence from Amazon for over a decade.

I guess that’s just the way it’s going to be. I’d use gmail more, but I honestly would never have seen either email in its spam folder (gmail spam folder is always packed full).
