I ask because the above phrasing, while grammatically awkward in english, is suspiciously natural using the Russian lexicon.
He just has “folk talk.” And a communication’s degree.

No, that’s not why you were born in the US, if indeed you were. You do seem to have great difficulty expressing yourself in standard English, though. If you really were born in the US, were these perhaps your parents?
Oh, is that what you have? I would have said that what you have is a small amount of brain damage, or else the burden of a Russian trying to write in English. I cannot imagine any native English speaker composing such an oddly structured sentence, and one so idiomatically Russian. There are a few trolls and Trumpistas around here who can’t write worth a shit, but they don’t exhibit the peculiar grammatical idiosyncrasies that you do.

I don’t believe that he is a Russian troll but a lot of people are saying that. A lot of people are saying that he should be banned too.

Also, you frequently claim not to hold opinions that differ from the majority of those on this board and instead indicate that you are merely presenting the opinions of “a lot of” other people. Are you now admitting that all those posts were actually about your own opinions, contrary to your previous statements?
I mean, repeatedly posting misleading or false statements with the intent to provoke - that’s pretty much textbook trolling.
I’m pretty sure @Yankees_1996_Champs either lied about his Communications degree from 'Rutgers University, NJ", or he came in at the bottom of the class with a participation trophy. Also pretty sure english is not his native language. Almost certainly it’s Russian.
But his latest round posts lead me to swiftly question his mental capacity and/or ability to translate and comprehend arguments of those who continues to engage with him in basic conversation. So either he’s trolling at being a fucking idiot, or he’s a fucking idiot who thinks the language translator will somehow make him seem less of a fucking idiot.
So, if we have his own story straight, he was born in the US and has a degree from Rutgers and admits he makes misleading or false claims in order to provoke responses. Also the oddness in his English usage is some sort of colloquial or subcultural usage that nobody else recognizes.
Yeah, I know some posters like to give some benefit of the doubt, but at this point, the best anybody could manage with a straight face is our fan of pinstriped uniforms is certainly a troll (by definition and self-admission even!) but not necessarily a Russian one. And even then, given his posts in this thread alone, I’d give the side-eye to anybody putting in even a modest effort trying to make that distinction.

There was a poster from a few years ago named after a couple of the ghosts from Pac Man (winkyandblinky or something similar) who I imagined to be a magic 8-ball that revealed random statements specifically designed to piss off liberals. He got Game Over’ed.
I imagine this guy as an alien who wears human skin and uses a handbook on how to speak human. His first instruction was to establish an identity that’s based on something that’s popular to humans, so he went to a NYC sports bar in 1996 and stuck with that.
And, now you have me picturing him as Edgar from Men in Black. 
Who do we know with a similar number in their handle, went to Rutgers, and has returned at least twice after their initial banning for trolling teh libs?
