Yeah, I do like to swallow this stuff

I like to munch on cold, slightly stale french fries. A few hours old. Best if they’re really salty and greasy. Yummy!

You are probably too young to remember when Dr. Pepper actually had a peppery “bite” to it, unlike its modern watered-down cousin. An ice-cold Dr. Pepper, when guzzled, used to leave you breathless.

Ok seem there are alot of DR pepper fans(look no period after the DR). And Flat DRP rocks. But if you add 2 shots of Jack Daniels to it…lets just say try it and see what happens.

Dr Pepper is easily the best carbonated drink around. I’m in agreement with everyone here who thinks it tastes great cold, flat, or almost flat. And don’t try to fool me with that Mr Pibb crap. There is a difference.

I bought a case (actually a couple of cases) of Dr Pepper in Dublin, Texas a few months ago. They still bottle it there using the original Dr Pepper recipe which calls for pure cane sugar instead of those artificial sweeteners. Talk about a great Dr Pepper!!!

Cold fast food. Especially chicken mcNuggets…now that’s good eatin’!

Since I’m thinking this isn’t meant to be about foods that need to sit around to let their flavors blend, absorb, mature, marinate or macerate…I pick potatoes. I love leftover potatoes–baked or mashed–cold even–oh, or even cold leftover home fries (hashbrowns). Yummmmyyyyyyyy! But then, I’m a potatoes kind of girl…PLD can verify that.

What are you weirdos talking about? Flat Dr Pepper is repulsive! Especially when you’re expecting it to be fizzy as it’s straight out of the store!

You nutty madpersons!

I beg to differ. Mountain Dew is good in any state of flatness and at any temperature.

And I’ll ante up with overcooked macaroni & cheese. Mmmmmm, crunchy.

I like stale popcorn.

And under-cooked pancakes. I made some this morning. Yummy.

Mmmmmmm…injera with doro wat…yummy!

And ditto the stale graham crackers.

I like good beer just nice and cool, not ice cold. Not warm either. Cold kills the taste of the hops.
No Bud, please. Nor any of it’s clones.
And cheese pizza, made with a good sauce, I like screaming hot. Eaten with a fork, so the cheese don’t burn my lips.
Peace,
mangeorge

I like Diet Coke at room temperature. Not flat, but just opened.

And also cheddar cheese after it has been exposed to the air for a couple of hours and allowed to harden.

I’m easy to please.

Room temperature pizza that never got put in the fridge the night before. Yum.

Also, flat diet 7-Up. I don’t know why, it’s just good.

BURNT popcorn tastes yummy! Not blackened, just a little singed…

I’m chillin with a Dr Pepper slushie I made myself right now. The taste of the good Dr and the cool refreshingness of slush.

Dr Pepper, You Make The World Taste Better.

I have some purple Peeps that have been aging since May. They seem to take a lot longer to harden with the protective sugar coating. I’ll let you know when they’re ripe.

Oops. I meant they’ve been aging since “March”

Green meat.

I must point out how well BlockHead’s post and sig fit together.

As for me - love cold leftovers. Cold homemade spaghetti meat sauce, cold chicken balls, cold potatoes of almost any sort.

Yum.

No wonder I can’t get rid of these last ten pounds!

I have to second the not-quite-done pancakes. God intended for them to be eaten that way.

And I love to drink the salty elixir found in every can of Vienna sausages.
