Right before Passover (that’s now) is the best time to get gluten-free food that tastes like the real thing. I’m not promising everything kosher-for-Pesach will be a passible substitute, but your chances are going to be a lot higher than if you just look in the gluten-free section. If the ingrediants don’t have matza meal (or matza crumbs or matza anything) listed, it going to be gluten-free. Maybe gluten-freer than most specifically gluten-free food.
Ah, that explains the forest of bright GLUTEN FREE! tags that have suddenly filled the aisles at the local grocery store.
