It was tradition among the elves in exile that Tuor and Idril sailed west, and were allowed into Valinor, and that Tuor was considered Eldar rather than Edain, despite his origins.
However JRRT never confirmed this, saying only “Age, the sea and the conches of Ulmo calls Tuor louder and louder until he and Idril one day set sail into the sunset in Tuor’s boat Earramë and came not back. It was sung that alone of all mortal Men Tuor was numbered among the Eldar race, whom he loved, and his fate is sundered from the fate of Men”
If it had occurred, I’d think it would have rated a passing paragraph at least when Ëarendil arrived in Valinor. After all, he’d sailed all the seas of Middle Earth for decades searching for his folks. If they’d just been chilling in Valmar or Tirion, I think they’d have dropped in on him to say “hi”.
But who knows? Besides Eru that is. And the Valar. Oh, the Maiar would too, I suppose. Also the elves living in Valinor. And I expect Bilbo and Frodo got the actual facts when they arrived in Avallonë. But besides all them, who knows? Well, of course the Ainur who still dwell in Iluvatar’s timeless halls would know too. That goes without saying.
Besides, if Tuor did get the “Children of Iluvatar” re-assignment procedure done, I’d bet it would have been due to some clerical error which resulted in an elvish spirit getting placed in a mortal body. Not because he’d made it to Valinor.
And before said error could be corrected, I’m sure that special orders, signed by Mandos, Manwë, and (because we’d need to be sure Tuor wasn’t meant to be a Dwarf) Aulë. Then the orders would be appealed by Maeglin in the halls of Mandos, before being sent on to Iluvatar.
You left off dehydration, malnourishment, exhaustion, and just plain weariness of the world. Which, of course, also increase towards the end.
And Qadgop, Gimli probably, too. And Tuor himself, and possibly Turin, who’s sort of hanging around waiting to slay Morgoth. And maybe some beasts, like the Eagles and whatever other animals are in Valinor, and possibly a fey or two. But you’re right: Other than them, who knows?
It was commented on by JRRT that it was passing strange that a dwarf would ever want to leave Middle-Earth. Also that the folks over in Valinor would receive him. But the word is that he had special relationships with both Legolas and Galadriel.

DAY TWENTY
In Lothlorien. Galadriel quite the babe. Had time to show her a few dwarf tricks. Nothing fancy, just a bit of Hide the Helmet and Delving In The Mines. V. satisfactory for everyone, except possibly Celeborn. On second thought, maybe that was Celeborn. Cannot much tell difference with elves.
