Yiddish Translation, Please: Beginning of Weird Al's Pretty Fly for a Rabbi

The person who made video obviously did a poor job of transliterating, because google translate couldn’t make any sense out of it.

Thanks!

Apparently, “You should turn into a blintz,” according to the comments, and that is also the title of a book on Jewish humor. I’m assuming it’s a punchline to a Jewish joke or a folk tale or something?

I mischaracterized the book as being on humor–it’s a book on Jewish “insights, barbs, and wiseguy remarks.” Further googling “turn into a blintz” suggests a better sounding translation: “May you turn into a blintz.”

From Google Books, the full saying:

“From you will be a blinsa” I don’t think it is grammatically correct and I don’t know what a “blintsa” is. It might be a blintz but I don’t see how that makes sense. Unless Blintz is slang for something.
