Is this phrase still relevant today?
Years ago there was no internet. In order to learn how the world works, you had to experience it directly. There were TV shows, books, magazines, and newspapers. However, as most of us know, they are known to distort reality.
Now we have the internet, not only we have all kinds of unique websites, we now have blogs, message boards, and youtube. Anyone, and I mean anyone, can now share their experiences and beliefs down to the very details. Most of the things published doesn’t have to be edited by the PC police, like the sources of information I mentioned in the first paragraph.
So, can knowledge from the internet be as good as knowledge from real world or first hand experience?
