Something simple for appetizers or even an easy meal

BBQ Duck

Cleaned Duck breasts (figure 3 to 4 per person)
1 slice of bacon for each duck breast
1 hot cherry pepper for each breast

Marinate duck breasts overnite in refrigerator in a cooking sherry to get out the offensive side of the wild taste.

This is a normal BBQ drill. Wrap duck breast around 1 pepper, wrap bacon around duck breast, hold together with toothpick. Lightly brush the breasts with BBQ sauce. Fire up your pit, BBQ time is the same as chicken or any other fowl, and enjoy.
