Just felt I would like to say how refreshing it is to find a message board where people:

I’m particularly impressed by the way that you people will discuss the logic and implications of something that you maybe don’t personally believe in, without just resorting to name-calling, pointless argument or sidetracking.

I had the same experience. I came here as a refugee from Usenet. Things can get very nasty over there. I was very happy to find a community where things could be discussed intelligently, without (for the most part) the venom and vicousness that I had known over at Usenet.

Actually, you’re right. I did cheat! I used my magical crystal ball to determine that Aurilia was going to hit .370. I also consulted it to tell me that Hawkins was going to have 13 saves so far. Most of you didn’t even think the Twins would even have thireen wins by now!

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must go back to my crystal ball to see how Pedro’s going to pitch tonight to see if I should take him off my bench…
