I was watching Young Adult. Patton Oswalt plays a guy meeting a girl in a bar he went to high school with. She was the prom queen and she doesn’t remember him.

I went to college with Patton Oswalt (well we were at the same college at the same time, I’m not quite sure if that rises to the level of “went to college with”) and met him a few times. He was already a celebrity, if only campus wide.

I realized watching, if I met him in a bar I would be the Patton Oswalt character to Patton Oswalt.

It was an odd moment. Is there any word for that?

Of course you realize this means you have to sleep with him if you two ever meet.
