You know what's annoying?

When you’re a PC person and you have to work on a Mac. My hands are completely programmed to do “control +” whatever, and when you do that on a Mac instead of frigging “command +” you often end up doing god knows what, but it seems to make things disappear

Click the apple in the top/left corner of the screen
Click System Preferences
Click Keyboard and Mouse
Click the first “tab” that just says Keyboard
Click the Modifier Keys button on the bottom/left
In the window that’s next to where it says Control (^) Key, change it to Command
Then change the Command Key to Control

Presto/Chango!

ETA: Oh, and if you’re using someone else’s computer, be sure to change it back when you’re done!

Thanks – I am using someone else’s computer, and I’m almost done.

Will keep it in mind for the future, though – thanks!

You’re welcome. That was the FIRST thing I had to change when we switched over to Macs. That’s one thing I’ll never be able to retrain my fingers to learn. The “Control” key is just so easy to reach with the pinkie, and the “Command” key is in a ridiculous location that isn’t easy to manipulate.
