You were fat; now you're not (or vice verse). Do you get treated differently?

I used to do that as a child/teenager, SnoopyFan, but then again, I had very low self-esteem (which had little or nothing to do with weight). Then life got better, I got happier, and I didn’t do it anymore. In general, I don’t notice people treating me badly, and before I got married, I had some small success generating male interest (which I attribute to my sparkling personality), but as I mentioned in my reply to mrsface above, I did notice a lot more initial interest from men when I was closer to my ideal weight. (I didn’t notice that women treated me differently, however.)

I do that, but for me it’s because I dislike intense eye-contact. I’ve got a pretty avoidant personality.
