I remember that one! It’s in one of ‘the best Internet pictures’ threads here, I think in IMHO (I know, I know, we can’t search, I’m sorry), and it also scared the living hell out of me. Almost creepier than a screamer itself.
I’ve seen the one with the guy in the bathroom window, too–although that one’s not so much creepy as amusing to me (maybe it’s the expression on the guy’s face).
Ugh, yeah. There are a couple of those “bathroom window” pictures that give me the heebie-jeebies. I wonder what all those girls are doing in that tub anyway? It didn’t look pornographic.

The picture reminds me of the oft-circulated painting of someone shooting up heroin in an apartment which is also the picture of a skull. The lighting in it, especially on either side of that skinny little tree in the middle.

I’ll just note that in the OP picture, there is a somewhat amusing effect that it looks like shadows are all pointing towards the cut log, but it appears to just be branches and the way the earth ripples changing the light and such if you look close.
