Chinchillas, but they can barely fit in the palm of my hand. A baby kitten would be close too.
I would have to say a baby fennec fox:
Followed very closely (ALMOST a tie!) by baby meerkats:
Or, on a more domestic note, how about my baby Papillon Bunny… she could indeed lay just like this in the palm of my hand when I first got her!
baby kitten, eyes just open…

Sugar Gliders
Pretty much any kind of butterfly. First runner-up would be a baby teacup poodle (even though I am on principle against breeding dogs down to hamster size).
You don’t have to pick a baby hedgehog, a full grown adult will still fit in your hand, and it will look like this.
I can’t possible choose one favorite. But the pygmy marmoset definitely has a chance in the competition. How could you not love a tiny monkey? How?
It will eventually mature, and fling tiny poo at you.
Males, please be careful in answering this. If you know what I mean.
I’ve never felt a hedgehog, I thought they had spines???
Pomeranian puppies! I could hold a litter of four in my cupped hands with no spill over. I will go through my photos tomorrow to find a photo. Two of my pommies fully grown weigh 3 1/2 lbs, compared to my cats who weigh upwards to 20 lbs.
You are no fun whatsoever! hahah. Yes I do know what you mean and agree its weird!
Squee warning!
Haha I actually watched that clip all the way to the end and with a big stupid grin on my face… and when it finished … I just felt , well kinda stupid!
Yap kitty is cute!
I can never pick just one favorite, so here is my Pantheon of the Palm:
Snakes. I love snakes. They are just adorable to me.
Japanese Dwarf Flying Squirrel.
Some say they’re not a natural species; that the Japanese engineered them in a lab for maximum kawaiiness.
(Not really.)
