For a girl my favorite name is Katherine with a K. Somehow Catherine with a C just does not have the same oomp. It just sounds strong and intelligent and sexy to me if I ever have a daughter I will name her Katherine Rae. Her middle name Rae after my grandfather, but all girlied up. But I would make sure to shorten her name to Kat or Kate early on so that no one would ever get the idea of ever calling her Cathy which is one of my least favorite names of all time.
For a boy I like the name Nathaniel but I already have a nephew with that name and I also really like the name Quinn. Have a nephew with that name too but it is his middle name so if I ever have a boy I can use it.
Two of my favorite girl’s names are Gabriella Marie (but NOT Gabby, I hate that nick name) and Hadley (pronounced hade-lee).

If I’d ever had a girl she would have been Morgaine Elisabeth. Before I settled on that, I truly wanted to name my first Saffron. Lucky for him he turned out to be a boy.

Our daughters are Alexandra and Danusia. Family and friends refer to them as Alex and Dani so when I tell people our kids names they think we have four boys. The girls have two big brothers, Anthony and Andrew.
