When is DS9 going to be shown in sydication? Does Spike/TNT have the rights to it?

They do, actually. IIRC they’ll start airing it in 2004.

The Cardassians as a whole are the coolest species in the Trek universe. My favorites are still the Romulans for sentimental reasons but the Cardassians were fleshed out much, much more and are thus (sadly) cooler.
The Viking-ripoff Klingons don’t count.
Most of my favorites involve Q and Picard. My very favorite single moments is probably the very last episode of TNG : “The trial is never over, Picard.” Possibly one of the best endings to any series. Other good ones : Picard screaming “There are THREE lights,” Picard during the mind meld with Spocks father, Q at the end of “The Tapestry,” the first image of Picard as Locutus.

And who can forget Wesley going off with the traveler. What a joyous moment!! Wesley is gone from the show for the most part!
