Huh. Never realized the song I was thinking of for years was “Beep beep”. Thanks - haven’t heard it in ages but I used to love it as a kid.
Double album? I’m surprised - I remember KTel for really packing songs on to an album (tight grooves, easy skipping). Particularly since most of those songs are short anyway.

Not only did I know this was “Goofy Gold”, I still own a copy on vinyl! Double album, only both albums are in a single sleeve (so don’t lose those inner liners!)
I have fond memories of watching endless K-Tel commercials on TV after school. The silly songs albums, truck driving songs with the CB radio fad, Polka Albums that even include the famous Beer Barrel Polka, musical gold.
