Your personal opinion, please-Best children’s television series

I absolutely loved “Kim Possible” even though I was in college. LOL
It was so popular that DIsney was going to end the series but extended it an extra year due to its popularity.

The math-themed sketch show Square One TV was another favorite of mine, even if it took me until adulthood to get some of the references (like the Fawlty Towers spoof “Nobody’s Inn.”)

As a kid, I thought he was a Dork. Didn’t appreciate him till later. But yeah, those puppets were horrible! Really creepy and badly voiced. I remember some kind of Cat-like creature that looked like he was fished out of a storm drain, given a quick rinse and put on the show. Kinda had a squeaky croak of a voice and always seemed to be complaining. Ugg!

Agree. The puppets were the only part I didn’t like, as a kid or as an adult. IIRC, Fred Rogers did a lot of the voices. Lady Elaine looked like the puppet maker started with a dried apple and went from there.

I had quite a crush on Loonette the Clown from Big Comfy Couch

But I greatly prefer British shows of a certain vintage (and older stuff in reruns) - The Wombles, Rupert The Bear, Paddington Bear, Postman Pat, Noddy, Clangers, Magic Roundabout, Morph. My absolute favourite: The Trap Door.

Basically, I have a lot of nostalgia for stop motion.

Which overlapped with another PBS show, Newton’s Apple.
