Your stranger reoccuring daydreams

By “stranger” I mean not typical daydream stuff where you marry or sleep with someone nice/hot/you’re in love with, or you quit your job because you’ve won the lottery/wrote a book/made a move or record, or kill the jerk in the suv/in line etc. The sort of things other people probably don’t ever think about once, never mind more than once.

I like CSI:Miami (hate the orginal, though) and since I’ve been watching the show, I’ve indulged in this odd little day dream more than once as I’ve been shoveling snow in our endless drive way:

<me, dead, face down in the snow.>

Horatio: A seemingly healthy female, dead in the snow. What do you make of this, Calleigh?

Calleigh: There’s only one set of tracks, and they look like they’re hers.

Speed: There doesn’t appear to be any blood on the shovel either. I’d say it probably wasn’t used as the murder weapon, but I can bring it back to the lab to see if there’s any trace evidence.

Horatio: Right… Alexx, can you determine the time of dead?

<Allexx touches my cold, dead skin> : Poor baby, looks like she froze to death. It’ll be hard to determine the time of death.

Horatio: Maybe she froze to death, but the question is why. Why was she out here shoveling all alone?

Tim: Maybe because no one else was home?

Horatio: That’s what we’re here to find out. I think we have a homicide on our hands. Who is responsible for all this snow?

Calleigh: God?

Hortatio: Maybe. Or maybe someone just wants us to think that.

Although the lines they speak vary from snow storm to snow storm. It doesn’t make me any less bitter about there being snow every where, but at least it entertains me.

Who else is crazy? I mean, who else wants to share their strange little day dream?

My daydream itself isn’t that weird, I frequently imagine myself as the captain of various Federation starships, usually the Enterprise D or E.

However, the odd thing is that although I am female, I have the voice of Patrick Stewart.

I was about to say that I think too much star trek is warping my mind, but I don’t really think there is such a thing. Then again, I freely admit to being a nutter

So does no one else have odd daydreams, or are you all just shy?

Ohh…another Star Trek daydreamer here.

I’m just a kid, a mere civillian child on Earth in the UFP in Picard’s time…right around the era of "Farpoint ".

A Mile long Starship…a heavily modified Soverign Class…suddenly appears…with a lone Starfleet officer as its pilot.

He has come from 25 years in the future…a future where an extra-galactic totalitarian regime has taken over the entire galaxy…and is destroying the Federation planet by planet, and in desparation, time travel (ala ST5; the Voyage Home) is attempted, with a complete history of the future, data, examples of hardware and technology…including hyperdrive, turbolasers, ion cannons, as well as transwarp and quantum slipstream, among others.

It is found that I am one of the Heroes Of a Starfleet Rebellion Force…and is concluded that the state assume custody of me to begin Starfleet Training.
I DON’T WANT TO BE A STARFLEET OFFICER.

My family fights in court to retain custody of me.

I Imagine myself standing before the federation Council Stating that my life…my future…is NOT property of the State.

Which way will the decision go?
