I hate re-auditions. We have to do them every two years (sopranos and tenors one year; altos and basses the next). I’m on tonight. I always find it quite offputting to have to sing in front of a panel, especially when they scrawl notes during one’s performance.

And then there’s the sight reading test… :dubious:

Oh well. The ordeal will all be over in a couple of hours’ time.

Better to have to re-audition than be in a choir that doesn’t require auditions at all. :slight_smile:
