Thanks for asking about my opera audition - I didnt get in, but when 81 people were auditioning for six openings, and the auditors wanted to take as many Danish citizens as they could, well, one cant get one’s hopes up too high. I feel that I did a good job, and that’s the most important thing.
Speaking of auditions, Ive sent an audition tape to the music dept at San Francisco State U - today’s the day they listen to it. Scarlet crosses her fingers A tape is almost worse, 'cause I have no way of knowing how theyre reacting to it. Of course, I can cheat, and just send in the best takes.
