Yum...

You know what I’d like right now? Mongolian BBQ.

If you don’t know what that is, you take cabbage, carrots, pineapples(which obviously isn’t a vegetable, but quite good with Mongolian BBQ), celery and anything that you don’t hate, then put either beef, chicken or pork or two or all of them on top. Add any sauce you can get your hands on. I use sesame, red wine, white wine, soy, lemon and hot sauce. I also add those hot pepper thingies that you can sprinkle over the dish.

Once it’s cooked and ready to eat, I AM IN HEAVAN!! It is SO HOT AND SPICY that my nose runs like a faucet and my eyes are about to explode! But it is worth it!! YES! YES!

Yum yum!

So…if one were to go to a Mongolian restaurant, one would presumably get served a similar concoction?

There’s a Mongolian BBQ place down the street from my office, but I’ve been too chicken to try it out.

Minus the spiciness (spicy pineapple??), that sounds like some good eats.

I’ve always heard good stuff about Mongolian BBQ, but I’ve never tried it.

Okay, you’re getting me real hungry for lunch!
Yum.

(note to self: find BBQ joint & try it this weekend…)

MMMM…mongolian barbecue…if you haven’t tried it, do so. It’s wonderful.

Oh it is wonderful!!!1

I like pinapple in mine because it’s a good balance with all those vegatables.

I’m a huge fan of Mongolian BBQ. There’s a chain out here in SoCal called Ghengis Khan’s that does fantastic cheap food. Yum.
Fear not the Mongolian BBQ. It’s great stuff, especially because you can control exactly what you want.

I just had Mongolian BBQ on Sunday, and the Friday before that, too. It’s SO good. I wish I had one of those big flat BBQ plate thingees they use to cook the food on. I’d invite all my friends over and we could eat M-BBQ and watch T.V.
