Been checking this out. When there are multiple listings for one person and its the right person, which one is correct, the most recent entry on the list?
Usually but some people own multiple properties. Most state property tax info is online and you can look up the sale date and transaction specifics inc. the buyer & seller.
It can’t be properties owned, for me, it showed where I was renting and the person I’m looking up was recently foreclosed.
It’s not just via the property tax database lsitng info is from multiple sources. Using tax info may be helpful if you’re trying to parse between people with similar names as tax property info will often show the spouse as a co-owner.
One of my entries as a home address was a workplace in which I never even knew the real address until Zaba clued me in on it… so it is not like I ever sported the info myself.
Eerily thorough, but wrong… but still valid info to a point.
Test a bunch of known results to get the gist of things. Zabasearch is about the best out there for free glom research IMHO. Peoplefinders a cool second.
My zaba info is at least 15 years out of date. www.veromi.net was much more current, though it omits street addresses.
