please read my previous post.I don’t wanna piss anyone off.I am cocky by nature but not an asshole and i certainly don’t wanna offend you or anyone else.I have already stopped using the sig and would appreciate it if anyone could suggest a sig for me to use since you robbed me of my previous one.

As for new sigs. I prefer to get mine off of web pages on Oscar Wilde (master of sarcasm), and Ogden Nash (player of words). I get humorous ones off those. But they might not be your taste.

I think you handled yourself pretty well here. A lot of newbies would have taken offense at their words being misconstrued the way yours were, and would have been really upset that someone brought them up in the Pit. You, on the other hand, explained yourself, and then listened to constructive criticism, and that’s damn cool in my book.

u know there is some truth to that sig, that’s probably why people are finding it offensive. i mean lets face it we americans claim our country to be this great nation were everyone it doesn’t matter what color their skin can live together harmoniously is utter bullshit.

enilorac, I gotta disagree. As many of us have said before, we got the point of the sig. Some of us just felt that he’d cause less waves if he changed that one word. And when I said that, it wasn’t for my own sake, it was for his. It really didn’t offend me, but I could see how it would offend some others. I just thought he might like to avoid some of that.
Zee- I agree with Green Bean, it’s too damn long. And saying “got taken to the pit due to a thought provoking sig” is probably even more offensive than your last sig, especially to me. See, it suggests that the only reason people said you should change it was because it was thought-provoking. Which suggests that we’re stupid and/or ignorant. And in a place devoted to fighting ignorance, that’s a pretty hefty insult. But hey, it’s your sig. Do what you like with it.
freakfreely: oops reason why i should read the posts more clearly. yes that word is offensive but i think the sig wouldn’t have carried the same force if you were to substitute it. anyway thanks for pointing out that u guys just wanted that word changed i was too anxious to post and didn’t read the previous posts well enough.
Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what do you want me to make it now?Why don’t you just dictate a set of words i can use as my sig.First it was the word “nigger” (justified) now its the word “Thought provoking” :confused Either i should just forget about keeping a sig or we should formulate some sig rules on the board so that “ignorant” guys like me who have the tenacity to use such offensive words as “thought provoking” would refrain from using such words.

It is really a long sig. Unnecessarily long.
I count eight lines, three of which are separators. We here at Evil Mod Incorporated frown upon long sigs. In my mind, two lines should be sufficent. Three is pushing it.
Besides, it’s a well known fact that no matter how witty, poignant or meaningful your sig is, it gets boring after about three viewings.
Your sig has three chapters: two quotes that are conceivably at odds with each other (People are essentially good at heart but they should still kiss your posthumous ass?) and a link to a thread where you are the subject.
I’d suggest picking one and ditching the other two. We’d appreciate it.
