Now, I’m pretty ignorant about this, so please forgive me if I goof up the terminology. I’d like to order foreign language movies from fnac.com, but learned at the last minute about this compatibility hitch. My understanding is that you cannot play DVD’s bought in Europe (Zone 2 DVD’s?) on an American DVD player. However, I seem to recall that one can adjust something on an American DVD player so that it may play the European DVD’s. Does anyone know anything about this?
