Old PC Game Quote Help

This is really specific but anyhow.. back in 1996 there was a game called "Spycraft: The Great Game" for PC and it was pretty cool, move like an interactive novel since every scene was live video etc.. cool story.

Anyhow, the intro to the game includes a long preamble which I believe is a real quote, its about the need for Intelligence services and such. It begins...

"Do you want to know what I believe? I'll tell you what I believe..."

and then something about "above a nation jungle..."

Thats all I can remember and I'd really like to have the full text. Does anyone know what is or where it came from? I'd simply re-load the game and check but I don't have it anymore.
