Characters You'd Like to See Crossover into the Buffyverse

I've been a fan of BTVS for a long time now and always thought it would be cool to see a character I liked from another movie, television show, or comic book make an appearance on the show. My top four choices would be as follows:

1) The Crow. I think he would add a cool new different and dark dimension to the show. I'd love to see a Crow/Spike storyline and their subsequent interactions. I'd also like to see The Crow on BTVS because he just plain kicks ass.

2) Blade. The two biggest vampire ass kickers in the same show would be awesome! Buffy would finally get to see what a badass really looks like and they could have some pretty cool fight scenes. Plus, Blade would have half of Sunnydale cleaned out in no time giving Buffy more time to be my cuddle monkey!

3) Wolverine. He is my favorite comic book character and I'd like to see him try to fit in with the scooby gang.

4) Freddy Krueger. Corny yes, but I think he would be a fun villain to have on the show. He has good one-liners (essential for any good buffy bad guy) and makes alot of the other villains on the show look pretty tame.

What characters from other tv shows, movies, comics, books, etc. would you like to see appear on Buffy?

I don't watch much Buffy at all, but I understand the concept well enough. I'd nominate Kai from Lexx, or just for some fun Boba Fett, or Ash from Army of Darkness.

That would be great .

I'd also like to see that slimely little Leprauchan on the show, only so that Buffy could beat the ever lov'n snot out of him...

The Highlander and Silent Bob!!!!!!!!

No, I'm kidding. Oh, am I kidding.

Mulder and Scully are obvious choices - I'd vote for them just to see Gillian working again.

What I really want to see is a return of the Preying Mantis woman. I can't believe they're just going to leave that loose end hanging.

Evil Ash would be awesomel.

Superman. We've seen Buffy kick a space aliens ass, plus that of a god, I'd like to see how this would pan out in the show.

One of the Nosferatu, or any low generation vampire from the White Wolf mythos. Stakes don't kill them, just incapacitate, and they're much stronger than the things Buffy typically fights. I think it'd be interesting.

Tabitha and Timmy from Passions. The two shows reference one another all the time, I think it'd be interesting to see how this "evil" witch and her talking doll interract with the Buffyverse (too bad Timmy's dead )

Chandler Smyth from G vs. E, or the guy from Brimstone. Both are otherworldly "cops" sent to hunt down demons, cold be an interesting team up (especially with Chandler, because he's about as effective as any of the Scoobies).

I'd like to see Constable Benton Frasier of the RCMP (Due South ) come to Sunnydale. It'd be a real hoot to see him and his unflappable style investigate the goings on there.

I'd like to see Xander and Chandler switch places and [/i] no one notices[/i].

Chandler. " Oh. My. God."

Xander, "Joey, I said Buffy, not buff! Pants! Need pants!"

Marvel comics' Man Thing.

Either that, or the actual Scooby-Doo gang.

"Diane...driving down south to investigate some odd doings in a California town called Sunnydale, where an interdimensional vortex
of evil named the Hellmouth relates with my much-dreaded former-residence of the Red Room... The main hangout seems to
be a club called The Bronze- mediocre coffee, no cherry pie,
but I did meet an interesting young lady named Willow Rosenberg-

I'd like to see a crossover with Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy from Garth Ennis' Preacher. Cassidy and Spike could hang out, and Tulip could demonstrate how badass a woman can get even without Slayer powers. Plus, the whole "word of God" power would be really handy. And could Buffy and the Scoobs take down (or even slow down) the Saint of Killers? Of course it seems unlikely, but out of such conflicts great drama is forged.

I've never seen Passions, but you've piqued my curiosity. Buffy does reference it occasionally (and hilariously; the idea of Spike and Giles sitting down to watch a soap opera is so great), and now I'm dying to know what Passions says about Buffy.

3 of varying intelligence and seriousness:

1) Samurai Jack: just 'cause a calm cool asskicker would be fun to mix in, and 'cause I like the show.

2) Jason Voorhees: One of my favorite all time villians. I dunno why, but he is, and Buffy (or maybe Angel, he might fit in better there) needs an implacable killing machine. Nothing with a spell or an evil plot, just something that keeps going and going.....

3) And this one is just super-silly: Brock Lesnar or Chris Benoit from WWE. Yeah, I'm a wrestling geek AND a Buffy fan, weep for me. I just think such a scary, intimidating guy would work well. Too many of the vampires on there don't look tough, and I think they have a good mean guy look.

I think Jonathon Edward would be a hoot on Buffy. It would be even funnier if some demons came around who actually could communicate with the dead and exposed him as a fraud.

Arthur Kent, you know, the guy who hosts "History's Mysteries" on the History Channel. He could come on as a friend of Andrew because of the whole documentary thing, seem all helpful, until Spike realizes he's really an evil demon, but nobody believes him, and he can't prove it by clocking the guy, 'cause the chip's been removed...

Sorry, got carried away there.

I'd love to see Lucien La Croix from "Forever Knight" do the recurring villian thing. I saw a fanfic that stated that Spike stole the De Soto from Nick Knight.

Artemis - Wonder Woman Comics, a new Slayer must be chosen.
She'd look good in Black Leather Clothes, she knows combat and weapons, Evil, and KICKED SERIOUS ASS, as WW/Requiem/Shimtar. And the actress who played Oracle/Batgirl/Barbara Gordon (Birds of Prey) needs a job.

Dracula.

Not the Bela Lugosi Dracula, nor the Christopher Lee Dracula, nor the Frank Langella Dracula, nor the Gary Oldman Dracula.

I mean the George Hamilton Dracula, from "Love at First Bite." How could Buffy resist his Old World charm and strikingly non-vampiric tan?

They already did this. I think they called it a turok-han.

No brilliant suggestions here, but I'd like to say that this gave me a good laugh. Especially the Dale Cooper bit.

Oh, yeah, this is for Intaglio: [geek]I really don't want to see Dina Meyer (sp?) as Artemis. Artie should be spookier lookin'.[/geek]

This might be stretching the definition of "fictional character" (among other things), but the one I'd most like to see Buffy take on is Rocco Sifreddi. Or possibly Jeff Stryker . . .

The Six Million Dollar Man---I'd like to see an (aging) Steve Austin kick some Undead butt.

Batman-- Not the movie or comic book version, but the campy old TV version. Dragging his fat stomach into supernatural dangers he is oblivious to, Buffy is forced to save him throughout the episode.

Kolchack The Night Stalker--kickin' it old school!

The Loch Ness Monster--Buffy shoots on location! Lots o' wetsuit action. Buffy in a two-piece. Scratch that--a thong.

Buffy vs. The Incredible Hulk--the TV version. A.K.A--Buffy gets splattered.

OK, that would be awesome. Hands down winner for me, so far, especially given the cast of the recent movie.

I want that so bad, I'm tempted to write a fanfic to make it happen.

John Constantine would be a great addition to the Buffyverse. (Tim Hunter as well, though I've read a lot less Books of Magic than I have Hellblazer.) Considering the very similar backgrounds they share, it wouldn't be surprising to learn to two hung out together in the 70's during the height of their hellraising youth.

In many ways they're the same character (or at least same type of character) but circumstances have conspired to lead them down very different paths to adulthood. John Constantine is what Giles might have become without the guiding influence of the Watcher's Council and vice-versa. It'd be interesting to follow them both as young men, and later as adults catching up on old times while fighting new evils.

Also, the Endless messing around in Sunnydale would be cool. The Cheese Man would make a great addition to the cast of The Dreaming.

Also Doctor Doom, just because it would be funny to watch him destroy Buffy and pals. Doom would laugh at what Buffy considers her worst enemies. He'd make the First Evil wet its pants.

"You dare pose as my mother, foolish thing? For that, Doom will crush you!"

The Scoobs have been there and done that in Christopher Golden's book The Wisdom Of War. I liked that one. Faith is in there. Yum.

Back on topic, I want to see Joel on Buffy! Sorry, pepper, that's a kitten joke
But seriously, I want to see a Trading Spaces ep of Buffy. I have dreams about Joss doing a TS short and hiding it on a DVD set in the future.
