Yet another pregnant doper!
After almost 6 years of trying, 1 miscarriage, I am pregnant! We actually did it on our own. No drugs! WOOHOO! I just started my 8th week, so I know that there is still a possibility for something to go wrong, although I hope and pray everything will stay put this time.
I vowed to the hubby that I wouldn't tell my family until my 2nd trimester, but I was bursting, I HAD to tell someone!! Expected due date is April 14....hubbies bday too. Wouldn't that be amazing!

Yay!
Took us five years of trying to get the first one and then not quite two years to make the second one (Coming this fall to a nursery near me) There are plenty of dopers to hope right along with you that all stays well and I will be one of them

Congratulations and welcome to the club! (you DO know the secret handshake, right?)
Me, I got pregnant in March, and then miscarried in April. Then, I managed to get pregnant on the first try after that. I'm at 15 weeks now and I'm due in February. I'd guess you're due around April some time? Is this your first? Congratulations again - WHoohoo!

While I'm not a mom nor even female and can't related, I do know what a joy it can be to find out the news.

Thanks to everyone! I'm trying to be guarded about this, but I just can't. I am so excited.
mcms_cricket I'm sorry about your miscarriage as well. It's hard. I was about 10 weeks. I'm scared it's going to happen again. I hope it doesn't. Yes, this will be our first. WOOHOO!!

Everything's been not too badfor me so far.. though I have been fairly sick off and on but that's what happens. I'm due December 30.. this is going to be an interesting new years!
