HELP! Urgent movie/TV costume needed!!!

We're planning on going to a New Year's Eve party tomorrow night. I had a really cute little outfit all planned out and the hostess called TODAY (the 30th, for goodness sakes!!!!!!) and told us it was going to be a costume party. Grrr. I hate costume parties.

Anway, it's a movie/TV character theme. Thing is, I'm pretty hugely pregnant right now and it's over 100 degress Farenheit here. Plus, like I said, I hate costume parties. Anyone have any ideas for what I could go as that 1) costs little or nothing 2) works on a huge pregnant chick 2) and is sort of comfortable for sweltering weather? I have about an hour to run to KMart tomorrow morning, so simplicity is key. I was thinking about going as the Super Nanny, because I have black glasses like her, but I have short, blonde hair so I don't think that would work. Or would it? I might get desperate. There weren't any movies that featured a pregnant person in a Really Cute Outfit consisting of a blue skirt and white t-shirt, were there????

Wear purplish blue and chew gum. You will be Violet Beauregarde from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The current incarnation even has short blond hair.

Go as a Japanese schoolgirl, and if you're going with someone else have them wear a costume of a tentacle (one color with suction cups all over). The mental image alone will be worth a few laughs.
